The development at Lake
Almanor West includes both public and private
facilities. The golf course and restaurant are open to the public and operate on a seasonal
basis. The golf course opens after the snow melts and the grass
has recovered (typically about mid April) and remains open until the first heavy frosts or
snows of
autumn (generally late October). The restaurant typically opens around
the first of May and remains open through September. The remaining facilities are all
private and
are available for property owner use and enjoyment.
